You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your clients before uploading their information to the Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and design elements, are owned by Leaf Viza or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely as required to operate the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Leaf Viza does not provide legal advice, and nothing in the Services constitutes legal advice or creates a solicitor–client relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaf Viza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately; certain provisions (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

A cookie is a small computer file or piece of information that may be stored on your device when you visit our websites. We may use cookies to improve our website's functionality and, in some cases, to provide visitors with a customized online experience. Most web browsers are configured initially to accept cookies automatically. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Leaf Viza is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
