Frequently asked questions
How do I know my client data is stored securely?+
We use enterprise-level security: encrypted transmission and storage, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular security reviews. Our practices align with Canadian privacy laws including PIPEDA.
Who can access my firm's data?+
Only users you explicitly invite to your workspace, with the role you assign. Internal Leaf Viza staff do not access client case data except when required for support and only with your written consent.
Is data used to train AI models?+
No. Your client data is never used to train third-party AI models. AI features run in isolated contexts and outputs are scoped to your workspace.
What happens if I cancel my account?+
You can export your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for a short grace period and then permanently deleted from production and backup systems.
Do you support SSO and 2FA?+
Two-factor authentication is available on all plans. Single Sign-On (SSO) is available on enterprise plans — contact us to enable it for your firm.
